Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by VoxDuru Media (Berk Eryaprak), including MyVaultAI, Astro Forecast, SEA AI - MySeafarer, Avukat Cepte, SözSanatı, and Bloomly (collectively, "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use immediately.

MyVaultAI is currently free and ad-supported. It does not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid tiers, or subscription pricing.

2.1 Astro Forecast — Entertainment Only

Astro Forecast is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Astrological readings, forecasts, and Vedic analyses generated by the app do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise). VoxDuru Media makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological content.

2.2 Avukat Cepte — Not Legal Advice

Avukat Cepte provides general legal information only — not legal advice. The content generated by the AI assistant is for informational purposes and does not create an attorney-client relationship. You should not rely solely on this app for decisions regarding your legal rights or obligations. Always consult a qualified, licensed attorney for your specific legal needs. VoxDuru Media is not responsible for any action taken or not taken based on information provided by the app.

2.3 SEA AI - MySeafarer — Informational

SEA AI provides maritime information and assistance. It is not a substitute for official maritime regulations, official vessel charts, certified maritime training, or emergency services. Always follow official maritime authority guidance. VoxDuru Media is not liable for navigation decisions made using this app.

2.4 MyVaultAI — Personal Vault Use Only

MyVaultAI is a personal vault app for passwords, cards, IDs, and private records. It is not a certified security product and should not be used as the sole backup or storage for critical sensitive data. VoxDuru Media is not liable for any data loss or unauthorized access resulting from device compromise or user error.

2.5 SözSanatı — Creative Output

SözSanatı generates AI-assisted poetry and word art for creative and personal use. AI-generated content is provided as-is and does not constitute professional literary, artistic, or academic work. VoxDuru Media makes no warranty as to originality or fitness for any specific purpose.

2.6 Bloomly — Game Content

Bloomly is a garden-themed match-3 puzzle game. Game progress, rewards, lives, levels, and premium features are provided for entertainment and may change as the game evolves.

MyVaultAI does not require or offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob, subject to the app's Privacy Policy and your device privacy settings.

Other VoxDuru apps may offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases only when those options are clearly presented inside that app and processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Billing: Paid items, when offered by an app, are billed at the price shown at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region.
• Auto-renewal: If an app offers an auto-renewable subscription, it renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: Cancel any active App Store / Google Play subscription through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly. For Apple: apple.com/refunds. For Google: Google Play support.

You agree not to:

• Use the apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or abuse the AI features
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass any app's security, access controls, payment flow, or platform rules

All app content, branding, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of VoxDuru Media (Berk Eryaprak) unless otherwise noted. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce or redistribute app content without prior written permission.

You may delete your account at any time by using the in-app deletion feature or by emailing info@voxduru.com. Deleting your account will remove your personal data from our servers within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations. MyVaultAI stores vault contents locally on your device; deleting the app removes local vault data from that device.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxDuru Media (Berk Eryaprak) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the apps.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Türkiye. For users in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law are not affected.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance.

VoxDuru Media (Berk Eryaprak) tarafından yayımlanan MyVaultAI, Astro Forecast, SEA AI - MySeafarer, Avukat Cepte, SözSanatı ve Bloomly uygulamalarından herhangi birini indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen uygulamayı kaldırın ve kullanımı derhal durdurun.

MyVaultAI şu anda ücretsiz ve reklam desteklidir. Abonelik, uygulama içi satın alma, ücretli katman veya abonelik fiyatlandırması sunmaz.

2.1 Astro Forecast — Yalnızca Eğlence Amaçlı

Astro Forecast yalnızca eğlence ve bilgilendirme amacıyla sunulmaktadır. Uygulama tarafından üretilen astrolojik yorumlar, öngörüler ve Vedik analizler hiçbir şekilde profesyonel tavsiye (tıbbi, psikolojik, finansal veya başka türlü) niteliği taşımaz. VoxDuru Media, astrolojik içeriklerin doğruluğu, tamlığı veya güvenilirliği konusunda herhangi bir garanti vermez.

2.2 Avukat Cepte — Hukuki Tavsiye Değildir

Avukat Cepte yalnızca genel hukuki bilgilendirme amacıyla tasarlanmıştır — hukuki tavsiye niteliği taşımaz. AI asistanı tarafından üretilen içerik bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve avukat-müvekkil ilişkisi oluşturmaz. Hukuki hak veya yükümlülüklerinize ilişkin kararlar için yalnızca bu uygulamaya dayanmayınız. Özel hukuki ihtiyaçlarınız için mutlaka yetkili, ruhsatlı bir avukana danışınız. VoxDuru Media, uygulama tarafından sağlanan bilgilere dayanılarak gerçekleştirilen veya gerçekleştirilmeyen eylemlerden sorumlu değildir.

2.3 SEA AI - MySeafarer — Bilgilendirme Amaçlı

SEA AI denizcilik bilgisi ve yardımı sağlar. Resmi denizcilik mevzuatının, resmi seyir haritalarının, sertifikalı denizcilik eğitiminin veya acil durum hizmetlerinin yerini tutmaz. Her zaman resmi denizcilik otoritelerinin rehberliğine uyunuz. VoxDuru Media, bu uygulama kullanılarak alınan seyir kararlarından sorumlu değildir.

2.4 MyVaultAI — Yalnızca Kişisel Kullanım

MyVaultAI; şifreler, kartlar, kimlikler ve özel kayıtlar için kişisel kasa uygulamasıdır. Sertifikalı bir güvenlik ürünü değildir ve kritik hassas verilerin tek yedek veya depolama aracı olarak kullanılmamalıdır. VoxDuru Media, cihaz ele geçirilmesi veya kullanıcı hatası nedeniyle oluşan veri kaybı veya yetkisiz erişimden sorumlu değildir.

2.5 SözSanatı — Yaratıcı Çıktı

SözSanatı, yaratıcı ve kişisel kullanım için AI destekli şiir ve söz sanatı üretir. AI tarafından üretilen içerik olduğu gibi sunulur; profesyonel edebi, sanatsal veya akademik çalışma niteliği taşımaz. VoxDuru Media, orijinallik veya belirli bir amaca uygunluk konusunda herhangi bir garanti vermez.

2.6 Bloomly — Oyun İçeriği

Bloomly, bahçe temalı bir match-3 puzzle oyunudur. Oyun ilerlemesi, ödüller, canlar, seviyeler ve premium özellikler eğlence amaçlı sunulur ve oyun geliştikçe değişebilir.

MyVaultAI abonelik veya uygulama içi satın alma gerektirmez ve sunmaz. Ücretsiz kullanıcılar, uygulamanın Gizlilik Politikası ve cihaz gizlilik ayarlarına bağlı olarak Google AdMob reklamları görebilir.

Diğer VoxDuru uygulamaları, yalnızca ilgili uygulama içinde açıkça gösterildiğinde ve Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden işlendiğinde ücretli abonelik veya tek seferlik satın alma sunabilir.

• Faturalandırma: Ücretli öğeler, sunuldukları uygulamada satın alma anında gösterilen fiyat üzerinden faturalandırılır.
• Otomatik yenileme: Bir uygulama otomatik yenilenen abonelik sunuyorsa, yenileme tarihinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe yenilenir.
• İptal: Aktif App Store / Google Play abonelikleri hesap ayarlarınızdan iptal edilebilir. İptal mevcut fatura döneminin sonunda geçerli olur.
• İadeler: İade talepleri Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikaları çerçevesinde işlenir. Direkt iade yapmıyoruz.

Uygulama içi silme özelliğini kullanarak veya info@voxduru.com adresine e-posta göndererek hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Hesap silinmesi, kişisel verilerinizin sunucularımızdan 30 gün içinde kaldırılmasını sağlar. MyVaultAI kasa içeriklerini cihazınızda yerel olarak saklar; uygulamayı silmeniz o cihazdaki yerel kasa verisini kaldırır.

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku kapsamında yönetilir ve bu hukuka göre yorumlanır. Uyuşmazlıklar Ankara mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabidir. AB'deki kullanıcılar için ilgili AB tüketici koruma mevzuatı kapsamındaki zorunlu haklar saklıdır.
