Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — not directly by us. Open your device's App Store / Play Store account settings, find your subscription, and cancel there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google, contact Google Play support. We are unable to process refunds directly.

On an Android device, use the Google account you use for Play Store and open the direct testing links: Avukat Cepte https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.voxduru.avukatcepte, Astro Forecast https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.voxduru.astroforecast, and SözSanatı https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.voxdurumedia.sozsanati. Choose Become a tester, install the app from Play Store, open it once, and stay in the test for 14 days. There is no paid action required.

You can delete your account using the in-app 'Delete Account' option (if available), or by emailing info@voxduru.com with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'. Your data will be removed within 30 days. Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — cancel that through App Store / Google Play first.

Try: (1) force-closing and reopening the app, (2) checking your internet connection, (3) updating to the latest version, (4) restarting your device. If the issue persists, email us at info@voxduru.com with your device model and iOS/Android version.
