VoxDuru Media ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Berk Eryaprak, an individual developer based in Ankara, Türkiye. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use SözSanatı, an AI-powered Turkish diction, pronunciation, and speech training app.

By using SözSanatı, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Voice Recordings

SözSanatı records your voice only when you initiate a recording session within the app. Voice recordings are processed as follows:

• Recordings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers
• Audio is sent to OpenAI Whisper API for transcription and speech analysis
• Processed audio is not permanently retained by OpenAI beyond their standard API data policies

2.2 Usage Statistics

• Exercise completion rates, practice streaks, and session duration (anonymous)
• App feature usage to improve content and recommendations

2.3 Other Data

• Purchase history: subscription status managed by RevenueCat
• Advertising identifiers: not collected in the current submitted build; the current build does not include an active AdMob SDK
• Device identifiers: for crash reporting and analytics

SözSanatı requires microphone access to record your voice for diction exercises. The app will request your permission before accessing the microphone. You can revoke this permission at any time via your device settings; however, core app functionality will be unavailable without it.

• Transcribe and analyze speech quality via OpenAI Whisper API
• Provide personalized feedback on pronunciation and diction
• Track your practice progress locally on device
• Manage subscriptions and in-app purchases via RevenueCat
• Prepare future free-tier advertising only after adding real ad units and updating store declarations
• Analyze anonymous usage statistics to improve training content
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We share data with the following third-party providers:

Voice recordings are stored locally on your device and are not backed up to our servers. Usage statistics are anonymous and contain no personally identifiable information. Deleting the app removes all local recordings and progress data.

Audio sent to OpenAI Whisper for analysis is processed under OpenAI's data policies. We do not permanently store raw audio on our servers.

The current submitted build does not display ads and does not request advertising identifiers. If an ad-supported free tier is added in a future update, this policy and the store privacy declarations will be updated before release.

SözSanatı is not directed to children under 13. Contact eryaprak@gmail.com if you believe a child has submitted data.

Since voice recordings and progress data are stored locally, you can delete them by removing the app. For any analytics or purchase data held by third-party processors, email eryaprak@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

SözSanatı, yalnızca uygulama içinde bir kayıt oturumu başlattığınızda sesinizi kaydeder. Ses kayıtları şu şekilde işlenir:

• Kayıtlar yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır; sunucularımıza yüklenmez
• Ses, transkripsiyon ve konuşma analizi için OpenAI Whisper API'sine gönderilir
• OpenAI, işlenen sesi standart API veri politikaları dışında kalıcı olarak saklamaz

2.2 Kullanım İstatistikleri

• Egzersiz tamamlama oranları, pratik serileri ve oturum süreleri (anonim)
• İçerik ve önerileri geliştirmek için özellik kullanım verileri

2.3 Diğer Veriler

• Satın alma geçmişi: RevenueCat üzerinden abonelik durumu
• Reklam tanımlayıcıları: mevcut gönderilen sürümde toplanmaz; aktif AdMob SDK'sı yoktur

SözSanatı, diksiyon egzersizleri için mikrofon erişimi gerektirir. İzin vermeden uygulama mikrofona erişemez. İzni istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından iptal edebilirsiniz; ancak temel uygulama işlevselliği kullanılamaz hale gelecektir.

• OpenAI Whisper API ile konuşmayı metne dönüştürmek ve ses kalitesini analiz etmek
• Telaffuz ve diksiyon konusunda kişiselleştirilmiş geri bildirim sağlamak
• Pratik ilerlemenizi cihazda yerel olarak takip etmek
• RevenueCat üzerinden abonelikleri yönetmek
• Gelecekte reklam destekli ücretsiz katman eklenirse, gerçek reklam birimleri ve store beyanları güncellendikten sonra reklam göstermek
• Eğitim içeriğini geliştirmek için anonim kullanım istatistiklerini analiz etmek
• Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek

Ses kayıtları cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanmaktadır. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde tüm yerel kayıtlar ve ilerleme verileri silinir. OpenAI Whisper'e analiz için gönderilen ses, OpenAI'ın veri politikaları kapsamında işlenir.

SözSanatı 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bir çocuğun veri gönderdiğini düşünüyorsanız eryaprak@gmail.com adresinden bizimle iletişime geçin.

Ses kayıtları ve ilerleme verileri yerel olarak saklandığından uygulamayı silerek bunları kaldırabilirsiniz. Üçüncü taraflardaki verilere ilişkin KVKK haklarınızı kullanmak için eryaprak@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderin. 30 gün içinde yanıt verilecektir.
