1. Introduction
VoxDuru Media ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Berk Eryaprak, an individual developer based in Ankara, Türkiye. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use SEA AI - MySeafarer, an AI-powered assistant designed for maritime professionals.
By using SEA AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account data: email address (for account creation and authentication via Supabase)
- Chat history: messages and AI responses stored on Supabase for continuity
- Location data: GPS coordinates when you use the voyage/map feature (only when permission is granted)
- Documents: files or images uploaded for AI analysis (OCR & document parsing)
- Checklists & journal entries: duty logs and operational checklists entered by you
- Usage analytics: anonymous session data to improve the app
- Purchase history: subscription status managed via RevenueCat
- Advertising identifiers: IDFA / GAID used by Google AdMob (free tier only)
3. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate your account and sync data across devices via Supabase
- Process AI queries (chat, document analysis) via the OpenAI API
- Display your vessel's position and voyage data on the map
- Manage subscriptions and in-app purchases via RevenueCat
- Display advertisements to free-tier users via Google AdMob
- Analyze usage patterns to fix bugs and improve features
- Comply with applicable legal obligations

5. Data Storage & Retention
Your data (account, chat history, checklists, documents) is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union. We retain personal data while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
Documents sent to OpenAI for analysis are processed under OpenAI's data policies. We do not permanently store raw document content on our servers beyond temporary processing.
6. Advertising & Opt-Out
Free-tier users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) for personalized ads. Opt out in device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
7. Children's Privacy
SEA AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us at eryaprak@gmail.com if you believe a child has submitted data.
8. Your Rights (GDPR & KVKK)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise any right, email eryaprak@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
To delete your account and all associated data, email us with subject "Data Deletion Request".
9. Security
We use HTTPS/TLS in transit and Supabase Row-Level Security for data access controls. No internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi (Supabase üzerinden kimlik doğrulama için)
- Sohbet geçmişi: mesajlar ve AI yanıtları (Supabase'de depolanır)
- Konum verisi: GPS koordinatları (harita/sefer özelliği; yalnızca izin verildiğinde)
- Belgeler: AI analizi için yüklenen dosya ve görüntüler
- Kontrol listeleri ve günlük girişleri: nöbet kayıtları ve operasyonel kontrol listeleri
- Kullanım analitiği: anonim oturum verileri
- Satın alma geçmişi: RevenueCat üzerinden abonelik durumu
- Reklam tanımlayıcıları: Google AdMob için IDFA / GAID (yalnızca ücretsiz katman)
3. Verilerinizi Nasıl Kullanıyoruz
- Hesabınızı doğrulamak ve verileri Supabase üzerinden senkronize etmek
- OpenAI API ile AI sorgularını işlemek (sohbet, belge analizi)
- Haritada gemi konumunu ve sefer verilerini görüntülemek
- RevenueCat üzerinden abonelikleri yönetmek
- Ücretsiz katman kullanıcılarına Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam göstermek
- Hataları gidermek ve özellikleri geliştirmek için kullanım örüntülerini analiz etmek
- Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek

5. Veri Depolama ve Saklama Süresi
Verileriniz Avrupa Birliği'ndeki Supabase sunucularında depolanmaktadır. Kişisel veriler hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece veya hizmet sunmak için gerektiği kadar saklanır. Silme talebinde bulunmak için lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin (Bkz. Bölüm 8).
6. Çocukların Gizliliği
SEA AI 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altı bir çocuğun veri gönderdiğini düşünüyorsanız eryaprak@gmail.com adresinden bizimle iletişime geçin.
7. KVKK Kapsamında Haklarınız
6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesi kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için eryaprak@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderin. 30 gün içinde yanıt verilecektir.
