VoxDuru Media ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Berk Eryaprak, an individual developer based in Ankara, Türkiye. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you play Bloomly, a match-3 puzzle game.

By playing Bloomly, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Gameplay Analytics

We collect anonymous gameplay data to improve the game experience:

• Level progress, completion rates, and star ratings
• In-game actions and feature usage (anonymized)
• Session duration and frequency
• Crash and error reports (no personally identifiable information)

Gameplay analytics do not include your name, email address, or any directly identifying information.

2.2 Advertising & Device Identifiers

• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android): not collected in the current submitted build; ads are disabled in this build
• Device information: OS version, device model, and language may be used locally for compatibility and gameplay quality

2.3 Purchase Data

• Purchase history: not collected in the current submitted build unless a platform store purchase flow is added in a future update

• Deliver and improve game content, level design, and balance
• Fix bugs and crashes using anonymous error reports
• Prepare future monetization only after real store products or ad units are added and declarations are updated
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

The current submitted build does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because ads and tracking are disabled in this build. If an ad-supported version is released later, tracking consent and store declarations will be updated before release.

This build does not include an advertising tracking setting.

The current submitted build does not send advertising or purchase data to third-party monetization providers. If ads or in-app purchases are added in a future build, this policy and store declarations will be updated before release.

Game progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all locally stored game progress.

Since Bloomly does not collect personally identifiable information, most data rights can be exercised by deleting the app. For any analytics or advertising data managed by third-party processors, you may opt out via device settings (see Section 7). For additional requests, email eryaprak@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

• Reklam tanımlayıcısı (iOS'ta IDFA, Android'de GAID): mevcut gönderilen sürümde toplanmaz; reklamlar devre dışıdır
• Cihaz bilgileri: işletim sistemi sürümü, cihaz modeli ve dil, uyumluluk ve oyun kalitesi için yerel olarak kullanılabilir

2.3 Satın Alma Verileri

• Satın alma geçmişi: mevcut gönderilen sürümde toplanmaz; gelecekte store satın alma akışı eklenirse politika güncellenir

Mevcut gönderilen sürümde reklam ve takip devre dışı olduğu için Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı (ATT) izni istenmez. Reklam destekli bir sürüm yayınlanırsa, izin akışı ve store beyanları yayın öncesinde güncellenecektir.

Bu sürümde reklam takibi ayarı bulunmamaktadır.

• Oyun içeriğini, seviye tasarımını ve dengeyi sağlamak ve geliştirmek
• Anonim hata raporlarıyla hataları ve çökmeleri gidermek
• Gelecekte gerçek store ürünleri veya reklam birimleri eklendiğinde monetizasyon beyanlarını güncellemek
• Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek

Oyun ilerlemesi cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanmaktadır. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde yerel oyun ilerlemesi silinir.
