Astro Forecast

VoxDuru Media ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Berk Eryaprak, an individual developer based in Ankara, Türkiye. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Astro Forecast, an AI-powered astrology and birth chart interpretation app.

By using Astro Forecast, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Birth Data (Required for Core Functionality)

To generate accurate birth charts and astrological readings, we collect:

• Birth date (day, month, year)
• Birth time (hour and minute, for rising sign and house calculations)
• Birth location / city (for precise chart calculation)

2.2 Account Data

• Email address (for account creation and cross-device sync)

2.3 Other Data

• Daily reading preferences and history (to personalize AI-generated interpretations)
• Usage analytics: anonymous session data to improve the app
• Purchase history: subscription status managed by RevenueCat
• Advertising identifiers: IDFA / GAID used by Google AdMob (free tier only)

• Calculate and display your natal birth chart and transit forecasts
• Generate personalized AI astrological interpretations via OpenAI API
• Deliver daily horoscopes and transit notifications
• Manage subscriptions and in-app purchases via RevenueCat
• Display advertisements to free-tier users via Google AdMob
• Analyze anonymous usage data to improve content and features
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

Birth date and birth location are considered personal data under GDPR and KVKK. We process this data solely for the purpose of providing astrological calculations within the app. We do not sell, share, or use this data for profiling, advertising targeting, or any purpose other than delivering the core app experience.

We share data with the following third-party providers:

Your birth data, email, and reading history are stored securely. We retain personal data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

Birth data sent to OpenAI for interpretation generation is processed under OpenAI's data policies. We do not send your full birth profile to OpenAI — only the computed chart parameters needed for interpretation.

Free-tier users see ads served by Google AdMob. Your birth data is never used for advertising purposes. Opt out of personalized ads in device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

Astro Forecast is not directed to children under 13. Contact eryaprak@gmail.com if you believe a child has submitted data.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise any right or to delete your account and all associated data, email eryaprak@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request". We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

2.1 Doğum Bilgileri (Temel İşlev İçin Zorunlu)

Doğum haritanızı ve astrolojik yorumlarınızı oluşturmak için şu bilgileri topluyoruz:

• Doğum tarihi (gün, ay, yıl)
• Doğum saati (yükselen burç ve ev hesaplamaları için)
• Doğum yeri / şehir (hassas harita hesaplaması için)

2.2 Hesap Bilgileri

• E-posta adresi (hesap oluşturma ve cihazlar arası senkronizasyon için)

2.3 Diğer Veriler

• Günlük yorum tercihleri ve geçmişi (AI yorumlarını kişiselleştirmek için)
• Kullanım analitiği: anonim oturum verileri
• Satın alma geçmişi: RevenueCat üzerinden abonelik durumu
• Reklam tanımlayıcıları: Google AdMob için IDFA / GAID (yalnızca ücretsiz katman)

Doğum tarihi ve doğum yeri, GDPR ve KVKK kapsamında kişisel veri niteliği taşır. Bu verileri yalnızca uygulama içindeki astrolojik hesaplamalar için işliyoruz. Doğum bilgilerinizi reklam hedeflemesi, profil oluşturma veya başka herhangi bir amaçla kullanmıyor, satmıyor ya da paylaşmıyoruz.

• Doğum haritanızı ve transit tahminlerinizi hesaplamak ve göstermek
• OpenAI API ile kişiselleştirilmiş AI astrolojik yorumları üretmek
• Günlük burç yorumları ve transit bildirimleri iletmek
• RevenueCat üzerinden abonelikleri yönetmek
• Ücretsiz katman kullanıcılarına Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam göstermek
• Anonim kullanım verilerini analiz ederek içerik ve özellikleri geliştirmek
• Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek

Doğum bilgileriniz, e-posta adresiniz ve yorum geçmişiniz güvenli biçimde saklanmaktadır. Kişisel veriler hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece tutulur. Silme talebinde bulunabilirsiniz (Bkz. Bölüm 8).

Astro Forecast 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bir çocuğun veri gönderdiğini düşünüyorsanız eryaprak@gmail.com adresinden bizimle iletişime geçin.

6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesi kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi silmek için eryaprak@gmail.com adresine "Veri Silme Talebi" konusuyla e-posta gönderin. 30 gün içinde yanıt verilecektir.
