VoxDuru Media ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Berk Eryaprak, an individual developer based in Ankara, Türkiye. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use 1 Saatte 1 Kitap, a Turkish audiobook app focused on public-domain classic books and approximately one-hour listening experiences.

By using 1 Saatte 1 Kitap, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2.1 Listening Analytics

We collect anonymous listening data to improve the app experience:

• Books listened to and listening progress (anonymized)
• Session duration and playback frequency
• Feature usage (library, favorites, category filtering)
• Crash and error reports (no personally identifiable information)

Listening analytics do not include your name, email address, or any directly identifying information.

2.2 Advertising & Device Identifiers

• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android): not collected in the current submitted build; ads are disabled in this build
• Device information: OS version and language may be used locally for app compatibility and playback quality

2.3 Purchase Data

• Purchase history: not collected in the current submitted build; there is no active in-app purchase flow in this build

• Improve app content, audiobook selection, and user experience
• Fix bugs and crashes using anonymous error reports
• Prepare future monetization only after real store products or ad units are added and declarations are updated
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

The current submitted build does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because ads and tracking are disabled in this build. If an ad-supported version is released later, tracking consent and store declarations will be updated before release.

The current submitted build does not send advertising or purchase data to third-party monetization providers. Public-domain audiobook content is delivered through the app's bundled catalog and configured content services.

Since 1 Saatte 1 Kitap does not collect personally identifiable information, most data rights can be exercised by deleting the app. For any analytics or advertising data managed by third-party processors, you may opt out via device settings (see Section 7). For additional requests, email privacy@voxduru.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

• Çökme ve hata raporları (kişisel bilgi içermez)

Dinleme analitiği; adınızı, e-posta adresinizi veya sizi doğrudan tanımlayan herhangi bir bilgiyi içermez.

2.2 Reklam ve Cihaz Tanımlayıcıları

• Reklam tanımlayıcısı (iOS'ta IDFA, Android'de GAID): mevcut gönderilen sürümde toplanmaz; reklamlar devre dışıdır
• Cihaz bilgileri: işletim sistemi sürümü ve dil, uygulama uyumluluğu ve oynatma kalitesi için yerel olarak kullanılabilir

2.3 Satın Alma Verileri

• Satın alma geçmişi: mevcut gönderilen sürümde toplanmaz; aktif uygulama içi satın alma akışı yoktur

Mevcut gönderilen sürümde reklam ve takip devre dışı olduğu için Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı (ATT) izni istenmez. Reklam destekli bir sürüm yayınlanırsa, izin akışı ve store beyanları yayın öncesinde güncellenecektir.

Bu sürümde reklam takibi ayarı bulunmamaktadır.

• Uygulama içeriğini, kitap seçimini ve kullanıcı deneyimini geliştirmek
• Anonim hata raporlarıyla hataları ve çökmeleri gidermek
• Gelecekte gerçek store ürünleri veya reklam birimleri eklendiğinde monetizasyon beyanlarını güncellemek
• Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek

Dinleme ilerlemeniz cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanmaktadır. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde yerel dinleme ilerlemesi silinir.
